Experience
Mrs. Kinley Yangdon is a lecturer at Gedu College of Business Studies since 2011. She is an MBA graduate specialized in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Kinley is also a CEFE certified trainer for Business plan Development and business mentoring. Besides teaching, she is engaged in training and mentoring aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. Till date, she has been actively involved in training entrepreneurs and students in the country. She has developed entrepreneurship curricula and authored textbooks on Business and Entrepreneurship. She is passionate about women empowerment; she advocates for gender inclusivity in entrepreneurship. Her contributions have left a lasting impact on aspiring entrepreneurs and the field of entrepreneurship education. She also completed UPSHIFT Trainer of the Trainers programme held to introduce UPSHIFT to Tertiary Level Education. Mrs. Yangdon is also a researcher. She has numerous publications covering various aspects of entrepreneurship, innovation and women empowerment. She has over 12 years of teaching experience in the field of entrepreneurship and management.
